This policy explains what BrainMaxx collects and how we use it.
Information we collect
BrainMaxx may collect information you enter in the app, basic app activity, device and technical information, and purchase status. Apple handles your payment details; we do not receive your full card information.
Some information, such as journal entries and routine progress, may be stored on your device. If a cloud feature is available and you choose to use it, the information needed for that feature may also be sent to our servers.
How we use information
We use information to run BrainMaxx, save your progress, confirm purchases, fix problems, understand how the app is used, and improve the app.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We may share limited information with providers that help us operate the app, process purchases, provide analytics, or host app services. They may use that information only to provide those services.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to operate the app, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can stop sharing information by deleting the app or not using optional cloud features. You can also contact us to ask about your information or request deletion of information we control.
Children
BrainMaxx is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
